DeWayne Holley
DeWayne Holley is the President and Owner of RizeUp Technology Staffing, headquartered in Washington, DC.
DeWayne established the company in 1989, after working in the technology industry for well over two decades. Prior to establishing RizeUp Technology Staffing, Holley held I.T. positions ranging from helpdesk, software installation, management, network engineer, exchange engineer and IT trainer.
During Holley’s tenure, he realized there was a substantial need for quality careers, ranging from entry level to executive, which led Holley to providing Information Technology training services to the Washington, DC residents. After years of providing top industry certification courses, Holley established the staffing division, within his company, which grew the business into the success that is today.
Holley is an active supporter of the Washington, DC Metro Area community. He is in partnership with Prince Georges County Workforce Development & Training, providing countless opportunities to novice and seasoned professionals.
Director of Media Services
Monique Jeter-Holley
Monique is a native Washington, with over 20 years of experience in all facets of production, from management, producing, directing, casting, post-production, and training. She has worked on commercial, blockbuster, non-profit, and independent productions throughout the Washington, DC Metropolitan area, as well as Los Angeles and New York. Monique’s credits include OWN Network’s Super Soul Sunday, The MoMedia Blog, MoMedia Presents, BBQ Pitmasters, The Rachel Zoe Project, Sprint, Breach, NY Ink, Ink Masters, The Hello Forties Documentary, as well as additional countless film and television projects.
During her tenure at RizeUp Technology Staffing, she has served in business development and management. Currently, she oversees all Media and Communications. She has spearheaded the acquiring of a multi-year contract with the Office of Cable Television
Monique holds a master’s degree in Technology Management from Georgetown University, and a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Norfolk State University.
She is committed to creating media that motivates, educates and invokes positive action within audiences around the globe.
Director of Government Services
Donald Owens
Donald is an experience professional with over 20 years of experience in supporting various Public and Private Sector programs and leading business development activities. He leads capture activities and identifies/qualifies new business opportunities.
Donald serves as the lead PM, providing strong relationship management, resource allocation and on-time deliverables. Working with senior government executives and acquisition officials to fully understand the challenges they face.
